Fay Cliett Gillham is a graduate of Texas State University, has a Master’s Degree from Louisiana State University, and earned her J.D. from Mercer University in Georgia in 1979. Ms. Gillham has been licensed to practice law in Texas and Georgia since 1979 , and the Northern, Southern, Eastern, & Western Districts of Texas since 1980. She is a member of the San Antonio Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Austin Bankruptcy Bar Association and the Hays County Bar Association. Ms. Gillham’s practice is in the area of debt management and bankruptcy law representing both consumers and businesses, with primary emphasis on the consumer.  She also practices in the areas of  family law, wills and probate.
